Every plan includes the core features – the difference is mainly in user count, monthly proposal volume, and access to premium features. None at all! No surprises with us: we don't charge setup fees, hidden costs, or activation fees. What you see in the pricing is what you pay – nothing else. There's no long-term contract either; pay monthly or annually, and cancel anytime. Our pricing is transparent and predictable, because we're entrepreneurs too and we know how important predictability is.

At the end of your 14-day trial, your account is automatically suspended if you haven't chosen a subscription plan. But don't worry! If you didn't have enough time to thoroughly test the system, just write to us and we'll add another 7-day extension. Even after suspension we keep your data and work for 30 days, so if you change your mind, you can simply subscribe and pick up exactly where you left off. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our servers.

Of course, we're completely flexible! You can switch from monthly to annual or vice versa at any time. If you choose an annual subscription, you get a 20% discount – essentially 2 months free. Many customers start with a monthly plan to get to know the system, then switch to annual to take advantage of the discount. Switching is easy: a few clicks in your account settings and you're done.

Yes, you can freely switch between plans as your business grows or your needs change. If you upgrade to a higher plan, it activates immediately and we only charge the prorated difference – you don't lose what you've already paid. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you can still enjoy the benefits of your current plan. There are no switching fees or penalties.

For larger teams and enterprises, we provide custom discounts! If you need 10 or more users, get in touch with us. We'll prepare a personalized quote that includes volume discounts, dedicated support, and even custom development if needed. Our goal is to be a long-term partner in your growth, so we approach larger teams' needs with flexibility.

No, absolutely not! For the 14-day free trial we don't ask for credit card details, billing info, or anything else. All you need to register is an email address and password. We don't charge you automatically at the end of the trial, we don't send invoices – it's completely risk-free to try. You only need to provide a payment method when you actually decide to subscribe. So you can confidently test every feature, create real proposals, show your colleagues – with zero commitment.

For annual subscriptions, bank transfer is of course an option! We understand that this makes accounting easier for many companies. In this case, we issue the invoice in advance, you transfer the amount, and as soon as it arrives we activate your annual subscription. For monthly subscriptions, we can only accept card payments due to the continuous nature of the service – but this is also completely secure: we use the Stripe international payment system, and we never store your card details.

Extremely easily: cancel your subscription anytime with a single click in your account settings. There's no notice period, no phone calls, no lengthy explanations or retention attempts. If you cancel, you can still use the service until the end of the current billing cycle (so you keep what you paid for), after which your account is automatically paused. If you change your mind later, you can reactivate just as easily.

All core features are included in your chosen plan – no extra fees for those. We do provide premium services that you can opt into as needed: custom template design, personal team training, API development, special integrations. Their prices are always communicated upfront, so you'll never be surprised. For most customers, the base plan is more than enough; the extra services are mainly aimed at enterprises with specialized needs.

Our goal is a long-term, predictable partnership, so we don't plan unexpected price hikes. If you're already a subscriber, your price is guaranteed to stay the same as long as you don't cancel – this is what we call "grandfather pricing." When we develop new features, they either get added to existing plans (free upgrade for you!) or appear in new, higher-tier plans you can optionally choose. Inflation-tracking adjustments may happen at most once a year for new customers, but existing subscribers are protected.

We act in line with GDPR requirements and with our customers' interests in mind. After cancellation we don't immediately delete your data – we keep it for 60 days in case you change your mind or need something. During this time you can resubscribe at any moment and everything continues right where you left off: proposals, clients, settings all preserved. After 60 days, all your data is permanently and irrevocably deleted from our servers. If you prefer, you can also request immediate deletion, which we complete within 24 hours.
