2024 Year-End Review
Droposal launched 3 and a half years ago. When we started development, we began with a simple goal: we wanted to help businesses create their proposals faster and more efficiently. As a software development company, we struggled a lot with preparing our own proposals, and we quickly realized we weren't alone.
So much has happened since then – we've gained experience, learned from our users, and seen how our software becomes an essential part of daily work. During this time, Droposal has developed incredibly. It has become much more than proposal creation software.
This year wasn't just about numbers for us – although we're proud of those too – but about learning and growing together with you. Now we'd like to look back a bit on what we've achieved together, and also tell you what to expect in 2025.

We're proud that with our own capital, as a 100% Hungarian company, we managed to create software and build such support behind it that we've now become one of the most well-known and beloved proposal creation software on the domestic market.

Major developments in 2024
Block-based document editor – our biggest development
2024's most important development is the block-based document editor, which makes proposal creation faster, simpler, and much more enjoyable. With the new feature, proposals can be assembled with just a few clicks, using pre-made templates and sample blocks.
Flexible content blocks allow you to add text, images, tables, or visual elements, while the intuitive interface is easy to learn for everyone. Automated functions significantly reduce proposal creation time while ensuring professional, visually appealing results.

Contract creation
Besides proposals, it's now possible to create contracts in Droposal as well. This way you can manage the entire sales process in one place, from proposals all the way to agreements, saving time and simplifying work.
Kanban view for proposal management
In addition to the traditional list view, you can now track your proposals in Kanban view as well. The columns indicate the current status of proposals, making the entire process visually and simply transparent, and easier to manage priorities.
Email sequences
Automated email sequences are now available in Droposal. With these features, you can easily create pre-scheduled email campaigns to track proposals and stay in continuous contact with your clients.
MiniCRM integration
We've connected Droposal with MiniCRM so you can manage your client relationships even more efficiently. The integration allows proposals and related client data to automatically synchronize between systems.
New onboarding process
For new users, we've created a completely renewed, intuitive onboarding process. This helps you easily learn about Droposal's features and benefits from the very first use.
Simplified contact and company adding process
Keeping user experience in mind, we've simplified the process of adding client and company data, so you can record data faster and with fewer steps.
System optimization
We've redesigned and optimized the entire system, so Droposal is now even faster and smoother, ensuring nothing stands in your way during daily work.
Renewed website
In 2024, we gave our website a completely new look! The new design is cleaner, more beautiful, and more transparent, so you can find the necessary information even more easily.

What does 2025 hold?
In 2025, further developments of Droposal will be in focus, to support businesses with even more practical and value-creating features. The innovations aim to make daily work easier and processes more efficient. We're already working at full steam to get these new tools into your hands as soon as possible and take the Droposal user experience to an even higher level:
- AI assistant implementation: with the help of the AI assistant, proposal creation can become faster and even more enjoyable, as it will be able to take a lot of burden off your shoulders.
- Electronic signature: your clients will be able to sign your proposals and contracts digitally. This will not only make administration faster, but the process will also be simpler and more convenient for everyone.
- Online payment: your clients can immediately settle the bill after accepting the proposal. This is a fast and comfortable solution, and you'll have less to worry about the client changing their mind before the transfer (which they might not do immediately).
- CRM functions: sales isn't just about numbers, but also about relationships. With the new CRM functions, communication will be much more transparent and efficient, so every client feels truly important.
- Integrations and API: we want to further open up possibilities, so Droposal will be easily connectable with other systems your company uses. Whether it's accounting, invoicing, or CRM solutions, Droposal will fit in.
Main goals for 2025
- Next year, in the first half of 2025, we will reach the level of development we envisioned at the start.
- In parallel, we will officially launch in the international market, which is a huge milestone in our lives.
